Arc Environmental is licensed in six states throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region for the provision of comprehensive asbestos consulting services. Our in-house staff of Project Designers, Inspectors, Management Planners, Project Monitors, and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) provide a wide range of services, including the performance of AHERA-compliant inspections for schools; pre-renovation or pre-demolition inspections for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and private residences; development of abatement and demolition specifications; air monitoring and on-site PCM analysis using NIOSH Method 7400; drafting O&M plans; project management; and coordinating abatement efforts. Our inspectors are often cross-trained and capable of performing a multitude of services in conjunction with asbestos inspections.
