Arc Environmental provides multi-year environmental planning, and environmental sampling & analysis services to national asset management firms in support of asset management requirements for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Owned Real Estate (ORE) contract. These environmental services support the management, marketing, and disposition of acquired enttities by FDIC from failed financial institutions, or acquired through foreclosure, settlement or discovery.
Arc Environmental has performed services at over 500 properties across the U.S. Properties types ranged from single family homes, to multi-tenant, commercial and industrial properties, to 50+ acre subdivisions.
As one of the early environmental contractors supporting the FDIC on this effort, Arc Environmental worked with supporting agencies to develop Quality Control guidelines to ensure uniformity and consistency in reporting. The collaborative efforts of our team have enabled the successful sale or auction of numerous FDIC properties.
